Plan your bag-making
machine investment.

Build a project budget around your bag range, equipment configuration, printing, delivery and factory preparation. A detailed brief makes quotations easier to compare.

Discuss your requirements

Build a comparable quotation

Price the configuration you will actually use.

A nonwoven bag-making machine price depends on what the production line needs to do. A useful comparison identifies the machine model, material, bag dimensions, tooling, options and service scope before comparing totals.

Start with the bag designs you intend to produce at launch. Separate essential configurations from later expansion so your initial investment supports a defined product range. A quote for one feed format or bag style may not include the equipment needed for another.

Compare the same delivery basis

Keep equipment, export and destination costs visible.

Ask for the delivery basis and named location on every quotation. A machine price and the complete cost of getting a production line working at your site are different budget items.

Domestic purchase in China

For domestic delivery, confirm the invoicing and tax basis, packing, transport to the agreed location, unloading and installation. Keep these arrangements separate from an export quotation.

Export quotation: FOB Ningbo

If you request an FOB Ningbo quotation, ask for the quoted equipment and configuration to be itemised, along with the packing, transport to the port and export-related scope included in that offer. Confirm the named port and the commercial terms in the quotation.

International and destination budget

Budget separately for international freight, any cargo insurance, destination port and handling charges, import duties and taxes, clearance, inland delivery, unloading and site work as applicable. Obtain estimates for your destination and shipment; the final quotation determines what is included.

Operating cost planning

Add the costs of running each bag design.

The equipment purchase is one part of the investment decision. Estimate material consumption, printing consumables, operators, power, routine maintenance, tooling replacement, packaging and waste for each main bag design.

Use the selected material layout to calculate fabric consumption. Include cutting and punching losses where they apply. For example, choosing an overlapping-edge A700 configuration may reduce edge-strip loss, but handle and bag-opening punching still create cut-outs.

Use a realistic production estimate when spreading shift costs across bags. Rated speed does not include every break, setup, changeover, unplanned stop or rejected bag.

Prepare your enquiry

A quotation brief that reduces missing items.

  1. Choose the bag structures and priority sizes; attach drawings or clear samples.
  2. Specify material type, coating or lamination, weight and roll or sheet format.
  3. Describe artwork, colours per side and whether printing will be in-house.
  4. Give the target bags per shift, shifts per day and expected number of changeovers.
  5. Share your country, destination, available power and site dimensions.
  6. State the delivery basis and installation or training support you want quoted.

Ask for a model-by-model equipment list, included options, excluded items, service scope and delivery terms. This makes competing proposals easier to assess against the same production requirement.
