The HAOLON buyer library

Plan your bag-making
project with clarity.

Practical guides to the decisions behind a production line: which process fits your bags, how printing connects, what to budget and how to plan output.

Discuss your requirements

Before you compare machines

The finished bag is the starting point.

Before comparing machine models, define the structure and material of your priority products. A box bag made from a continuous roll and a box bag made from pre-cut coated sheets follow different preparation routes. Vest bags use a different bag-making configuration again.

Bring a dimensioned drawing or sample, the fabric type and weight, any coating or lamination, the required print design and your target quantity. These details connect the machine choice with the rest of the factory plan.

Prepare your project brief

Send the details that shape your quotation.

  • Bag design: structure, width, height, gusset and handle style.
  • Input material: fabric, weight, coating or lamination, and roll or sheet dimensions.
  • Printing: artwork, colours per side and whether you need an in-house printing line.
  • Production: target output, typical batch sizes, bag mix and shift pattern.
  • Location: country, site layout, power supply and required installation or training support.

If you are still defining the product range, share your intended bag applications and a few representative samples. We can use them to start the equipment discussion.
