Your enquiries.
Your privacy choices.

We use the name, email address, country, company details and production requirements you provide to answer your enquiry, discuss equipment and prepare the information you request. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.

The form also includes a reference number, the enquiry page and available campaign or referring-site information. These help us identify the enquiry and understand how you found us. If you allow analytics, landing-page and campaign information are remembered as you browse the site and included with your enquiry. A new campaign link or referring website may update this information.

Our website and enquiry form use Netlify. Submitted enquiries are stored by Netlify for our sales team to review and respond. Information needed to assess a particular machine may be discussed with the relevant equipment supplier.

We keep enquiry correspondence as needed to respond and manage the resulting business relationship. Contact us if you would like to access, correct or request deletion of information you have sent us.

We use Google Analytics only after you choose “Allow analytics”. It helps us understand pages visited, broad location and device categories, campaign performance, contact-link clicks and completed form submissions. A contact-link click is recorded separately from a submitted enquiry.

Names, email addresses, company details, the country you enter and message text are not sent to Google Analytics. The selected machine or service category may be recorded. Page addresses sent to analytics exclude query strings. Known campaign labels and a randomly generated enquiry reference may be included to connect website activity to a form submission. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled.

You can decline analytics and still use the website and send enquiries. Use “Privacy settings” at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Withdrawing permission stops further analytics collection from this website and removes the Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site.

Your preference is saved in your browser for up to 180 days. If you allow analytics, visit-attribution information is kept in session storage for the current browsing session. A temporary form receipt may also be stored for the confirmation page. Clearing browser storage removes these items.

Google and Netlify may process data in countries outside your own. Their published privacy notices explain their services: Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites and Netlify Privacy Statement.

Production videos on this website are hosted with the site. If you follow a link to YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or another external website, that service’s privacy practices apply. Website hosting and font providers receive the technical connection information needed to deliver their services.
