Nonwoven Vest Bag Machine
A multifunctional nonwoven bag machine combining controlled feeding, ultrasonic side sealing, automatic punching and counting. Choose the edge-processing version to suit your bag structure and material plan.
Available through HAOLON Machinery

Process & capabilities
Touchscreen operation and computer-controlled length and positioning support the bag-making sequence. D-cut and drawstring bags use the appropriate tooling and accessories for the required structure.

Ultrasonic joining is used for edge folding and side sealing, alongside automatic punching and temperature control.
Set the required count for automatic counting, batch-stop operation and count alarms.
Two edge-processing options
Both versions serve nonwoven bag production. Choose the seam structure around your product and material requirements.
Uses tear-edge processing for the bag edge. A straightforward option when this seam construction matches your product requirements.
Uses overlapping-edge processing without tearing off the edge strip. This can reduce edge-material loss; handle and bag-opening punching still create cut-outs.
Technical data
Specifications depend on the selected bag structure, edge-processing version and tooling. Actual output also depends on the material and operating conditions. Bag styles use the corresponding dies and accessories.
