Built for high-volume production

28 Servo Motors

All critical motions are servo-controlled for unmatched precision. The main mould servo alone delivers 22 kW of forming force, with 33 additional stepper, async and synchronous motors assisting.

Zero-Waste Edge

Patented edge-overlap cutting saves approximately 6 mm of material per bag—no offcuts. At 100 bags/min, this translates to significant annual material savings for high-volume operations.

Intelligent Controls

Touchscreen HMI with recipe storage for instant changeovers. Dual-axis auto-correction ensures bag opening alignment and handle centring. Full auto-positioning on mould change.

Compact U-Layout

The machine's U-shaped footprint (7.3 m × 5.7 m) dramatically reduces floor space requirements compared to inline configurations, optimising your factory layout.

Single-Operator

From roll loading to stacking, the entire line runs with just one operator. Automatic counting, stacking, and bundling are all integrated—reducing labour costs significantly.

Multi-Material

Compatible with PP non-woven, woven PP, clear PP film, and OPP-laminated composites in 50–120 gsm range. Optional modules support handle in-folding, punching, and rope threading.

Flexible sizing for every application

150–450 mm 110–570 mm 80–220 mm Front Gusset

Complete production in one line

The HL-58 is a fully integrated, roll-fed production line designed to manufacture finished 3D non-woven bags from raw fabric rolls. Every step—from automatic material feeding and web alignment to ultrasonic sealing, handle attachment, 3D forming, and output stacking—is handled within a single, compact machine.

Built for the European market, the HL-58 conforms to CE safety standards and is available with 415 V / 50 Hz configurations for UK installations. Our engineering team provides full installation support, operator training, and ongoing technical assistance via our European service partners.

Beyond standard non-woven fabric, the machine handles a wide variety of materials including woven polypropylene, transparent PP film, and OPP-laminated composites, making it suitable for retail bags, promotional totes, wine bottle carriers, and eco-friendly reusable shopping bags.

Optional Modules

  • Handle In-Fold — Folds handle straps inward for a premium finish on retail bags
  • Die-Cut Punch — Adds ventilation holes or decorative cut-outs to the bag body
  • Rope Threading — Threads drawstring or rope handles through pre-formed eyelets
  • Auto-Bundling — Automatically bundles finished bags in stacks of 25/50
  • Inline Printing — Optional flexo print station for branding before forming
