Process & capabilities
Four colours in one pass.
Four printing stations use metal anilox rollers and rubber rollers. Printing pressure and longitudinal and lateral registration are adjusted mechanically, with pneumatic plate lifting.
Electric hot-air drying
Electric heating and airflow use central temperature control and grouped control, followed by a cold-air setting section.
Production controls
Automatic counting, material-break stopping and ink circulation during stops support routine operation.

Printing speed depends on the material, artwork, ink and drying conditions. The print repeat is determined by the fitted plate cylinders; repeats above 300 mm require an appropriate cylinder set. Ink is selected for the material surface and print requirements.
